  1. Processing Time: Our standard processing time for all orders is 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak periods, such as holidays or new product launches, processing times may be longer than usual. In such cases, we will communicate with you to inform you of any delays.

  2. Shipping Methods: We currently offer standard shipping and expedited shipping options. Our standard shipping method uses a combination of USPS, UPS, and FedEx services, and the delivery time varies depending on the destination. Our expedited shipping method uses FedEx or UPS services and will arrive within 1-3 business days from the shipping date.

  3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, the weight and size of the items in your order, and the destination. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 for customers located within the United States.

  4. Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship only within the United States. We are not able to ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

  5. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order by clicking on the tracking number link in the email.

  6. Delivery Issues: Oil of Kings is not responsible for any delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information when placing your order. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment at an additional cost.
